Cloutier, Thomas J. age 70, of Isanti passed away unexpectedly, after many years of failing health, on May 11, 2015. Thomas was a retired Minneapolis police officer and US Army Veteran. He is preceded in death his wife Eleanor, daughter Tanya Renee, father Alcide J. Cloutier and brothers David and Denny. Survived by his mother Doris Marie (nee Becker) Cloutier; daughters Faliesha (Bryon) Hackler of Stanch- field, Missy Cloutier of Isanti, Dawn (Tom) Sundly of North Branch, Kathy (Tom) Olson of Cambridge, Christine (Brian) Thompson of Cambridge, son Alcide Cloutier of Moose Lake; 13 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. Thomas is also survived by his sister Suzanne (Bill) Sullivan, brothers Father Timothy Cloutier and Steven (Chelly) Cloutier as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. “He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.” Arrangements are under the care and direction of Carlson-Lillemoen Funeral and Cremation Services 763-689-2244 carlsonlillemoen.com
